Starting the Day with Lemon Juice

I'm on a bit of a health kick at the moment, and have added drinking the juice of a full lemon in a 12 ounce glass of water to my morning routine. There are many claims people make about lemon water's detox and digestive benefits, and I've found it to definitely ease my bloating and to help me feel much more energetic and less hungry in the morning. I drink mine at room temperature but there is some debate over whether it out to be hot or even mixed with honey - to me that's for a sore throat though. I'm happy with my simple morning boost!
